Privacy notice
This notice explains the main categories of information Educator handles during the pilot. It should be reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel before a broad commercial launch.
Information we handle
- Account and profile details for learners, parents, teachers, and school administrators.
- School, class, attendance, assignment, assessment, timetable, report, and communication records.
- Subscription, invoice, payment-reference, receipt, and adjustment records. Educator does not store full payment-card details.
- Operational logs used for security, support, delivery auditing, and service reliability.
Why we use it
We use information to provide role-based school and learning workflows, protect accounts, process payments, deliver requested communications, improve reliability, and investigate support issues.
Access and sharing
Access is limited by role and school relationships. We use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Paystack, and the configured email provider to operate Educator. Schools are responsible for keeping their rosters and access assignments accurate.

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact support@educator.ng. Some academic, financial, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
