Pilot terms of use
These plain-language pilot terms describe responsible use of Educator. They are not a substitute for the final commercial terms and legal review required before broad launch.
Accounts and access
Use accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and use only the school, learner, and parent records you are authorised to access. Schools control invitations, class placement, staff assignments, and parent links.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse learner information, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, or use Educator for unlawful activity. Schools remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the records they enter.
Service and changes
Pilot features may change as they are tested. Planned maintenance and incidents may temporarily affect availability. Risky features can be disabled while supporting services are investigated.
Payments
Subscription charges and school-issued fee invoices are distinct. A school is responsible for the fee charges it creates; Educator records and facilitates the workflow described in the product.
