Refund and cancellation policy
Refund handling depends on whether a payment is an Educator subscription or a school-issued learner fee.
Educator subscriptions
Send a cancellation or refund request to support@educator.ng with the payment reference and reason. Eligibility is reviewed against the plan, service usage, duplicate-payment status, and applicable law.
School fees
The issuing school controls fee charges, discounts, waivers, offline-payment confirmation, and refund approval. Contact the school first; Educator preserves the resulting adjustment and receipt history.
Processing
Approved electronic-payment refunds are returned through the available payment-provider process. Bank processing time can vary. Never send full card details by email.
